During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the quick and free wifi internet provided by the hotel. It made it easy for me to stay connected with my family and share holiday greetings. the clean and comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep, which was much needed after a long day of exploring the city.

the lack of basic amenities in the room was frustrating. There was no option to make a hot drink, and the absence of a hairdryer and ironing facility made it difficult to freshen up.
